Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
- If services were not started after payment was received.
- If the service delivered is not as per the agreed scope of work documented in writing.
- If the client cancels a service before work has begun.
Once work has started, time has been spent, or services have been delivered, refunds may not be applicable due to the nature of professional service-based work.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- Delay caused due to incomplete information, missing documents, or late response from the client.
- Changes in service requirement after project commencement.
- Client failure to provide required access, login credentials, accounting records, or data required for service.
- Services that are already completed or partially completed.
